PORTERS WHARF

Ingenium were appointed to complete the MEPH design for the four-storey refurbishment. The appointment was at concept stage with Ingenium assessing the feasibility of converting the existing unoccupied basement area into an open plan office and meeting rooms. 
The design included new VRF heating and cooling systems with the open plan areas having exposed high-level services. With the exposed ceilings, it was of up-most importance to have an aesthetically pleasing high level services design that is also practical. The project was designed with the construction in mind, with the client still occupying 3 of the 4 floors at any point for the duration of the contract period.
