2 HYDE PARK SQUARE

Working with Hawkins Brown, Sean Costello led the MEPH design for the refurbishment of a 1960s block into high value flats in the Bayswater Conversation area of Westminster.

The existing building was stripped back to its concrete frame and remodelled to create 36 new residential apartments with underground parking. A lightweight rooftop extension has been added to house a large penthouse flat with spectacular views across the West End and Regents Park.

Sean Costello worked closely with Hawkins Brown architects and Liberty Properties to deliver the high-quality apartments.

The MEPH scope included new incoming services, heating and cooling to each apartment and bespoke lighting and control systems.
