Ingenium were appointed to complete a condition survey for the acquisition of a Villa in Mustique on behalf of a private client.

The exclusive property overlooking Britannia Bay consists of 5 bedrooms with en-suites, dedicated staff, accommodation, living areas including library, 2 bars, multiple internal and external lounges and 3 number swimming pools. 
Ingenium advised on the existing MEPH services and made proposals to complete remedial works and enhance the existing systems.
