DLKW Lowe agreed an early lease during the refurbishment of an old carpet warehouse, taking the lower ground to second floor, as well as half of the third floor. The Basebuild refurbishment was still underway when the design team was appointed to commence the design for the fit out. Ingenium produced a M&E design based on limited As Built information ensuring that the risks to the project in regard to M&E were carefully managed.

As a result the project was delivered on time and on budget.
