EASTCHEAP LONDON

Ingenium carried out the CAT A MEPH design for the Thackeray Estates Eastcheap development. This consisted of the complete refurbishment of three adjacent seven-storey commercial buildings, located at 25, 33 & 39 Eastcheap, in the heart of the city of London. The ground and basement floors of each of the three buildings contains retail units, with the first to fifth floors consisting of office space.

Restricted space and listed building status presented a challenge for the design of the building services. The Ingenium MEPH design creates a pleasant comfortable working environment for the end user whilst maximising the lettable floor space area.

-Electrical Power

-New electrical substation

-Access control

-Fire detection
